Provider submitted data is reviewed for completeness and published with structured fields. Documentation may still be pending.

Reviewed

We have validated contact details and checked at least one accreditation or compliance signal.

Verified

We have confirmed documentation, verified key services, and updated the listing with a recent verification date.

What we verify

Operational legitimacy

  • Official business website or verified contact channel.
  • Testing services that align with stated compliance standards.
  • Evidence of lab partnerships or collection capability.

Compliance documentation

  • Accreditation listings or certifications where applicable.
  • Chain-of-custody processes and collection protocols.
  • Contact and support details for follow-up.
